§ Mr. Denzil DaviesTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to his answer of 27 February,Official Report, columns 394–95, if Her Majesty's Government are seeking to be orally represented in their own right before the European Court of Justice at the oral hearing requested by the Commission in the matter regarding the abolition of border controls.
