§ Mr. Gwilym JonesA consultation paper has been issued today by the Welsh Office seeking comments on proposals for changes to the organisation of valuation tribunals to match the boundaries of the new unitary authorities. Views are also sought on changes to the arrangements for the appointment of tribunal members and the number of tribunal offices. Comments are invited by 18 April 1995. Copies of the consultation paper have been placed in the Library of the House and sent to Members of Parliament for Welsh constituencies.
