To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to her answer of 19 June,Official Report, column 36, on health authority termination payments, if she will indicate (a) the number, (b) the rank and (c) the amount paid to each individual. [32022]

Each of the 12 payments listed was to an individual health authority manager: 11 general managers and one senior manager.
