§ Mr. MaloneThe national health service executive was first notified of an appeal against the decision of Newcastle family health services authority concerning the former practice of Dr. Ahmed by letter dated 10 February 1995. It is not possible to provide an expected date of decision and, in the meantime, it is a matter for the family health services authority to make temporary arrangements for the provision of general medical services to the patients of the practice.
