§ Mr. HeseltineI set out in this year's competitiveness White Paper a new strategy for tackling barriers erected by other countries to our exports. Dossiers on 20 of our major markets have now been completed, and I have placed copies in the Library of the House. Copies are also being sent to the trade associations that have contributed to the study, and will be available from my Department on request. Dossiers on our other top markets will also be drawn up.
