To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will issue guidance to general practitioners in Scotland relating to the issuing of private prescriptions to NHS patients in line with guidance FHSL (94) 26 issued by the Department of Health; and for what reasons the Scottish Office has not previously done so.
