To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department on what charge Reem Abdulhadi is being held; and if he will make a statement.

I understand that Reem Abdulhadi was arrested on 2 June 1995 and charged with unlawfully possessing an explosive substance with intent to endanger life, contrary to section 3(1)(b) of the Explosive Substances Act 1883, and two counts of possessing a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life, contrary to section 16 of the Firearms Act 1968. Reem Abdulhadi appeared at Bow street magistrate's court on 5 June and was remanded in custody.
