Mr. Paice

The Investors in People standard is run by industry based organisation, Investors in People UK, to promote excellence in employers' staff development practices. Over 1,800 organisations have achieved the standard and 18,000 more are committed to achieving it. Organisations who are recognised must be reassessed every three years.

Investors in People UK is now reviewing the standard to ensure its continued relevance and professional credibility as one of the national targets for education and training.
