§ Mr. JackMy Department is contributing to an interdepartmental review of offshore abandonment policy. The committee charged with this work has prepared a consultative document, "Guidance Notes for Industry", setting out the Government's policy and procedures on offshore abandonment and this has been sent to fishermen's organisations and other interested bodies to seek their views. Copies have been placed in the Library of the House.
