§ Mr. OppenheimOf a sample of 102,700 full-time employees in the 1994 new earnings survey, 53 in the sample said that they earned less than £1.30 per hour, Portugal; 184 earned less than £1.70 per hour, Greece; and 233 earned less than £1.80 per hour, Spain.
