§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonFollowing an initial report on the programming of business in the sheriff courts, a number of pilot schemes have been introduced and the results of these, with the implications for court programming of new legislative provisions, are shortly to be reviewed by the group under the chairmanship of Sheriff Principal Gordon Nicholson QC.
