§ Mr. MacleanDetails of contracts are subject to commercial confidentiality. On each occasion, bidders were invited to submit their plans for the provision of specialist support in community and race relations training for the police service. Equalities Associates provided the best combination of quality and value in competition with other bidders, and the contract with it was finalised by negotiation.
