§ Mr. AncramApplications received up to and including 22 March 1995 will be processed and related claims paid according to the targets in "Our Service Standards". Applications received after 22 March 1995 will be acknowledged as soon as practicable, but related claims will be paid only according to the financial resources available and after the Department has discharged its obligations to those who submitted their applications up to that date.
