§ Mr. MossFollowing a prior options study, I have decided to begin preparations with a view to establishing the estate services directorate as a next steps agency in October 1995. The agency will be developed with a view to further private sector involvement, and to this end the 363W chief executive will consider the potential for the privatisation of aspects of the agency's business, and provide me with recommendations in due course.
