To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the number of recorded cases of water pollution caused by(a) agricultural activities and (b) industrial firms in each of the past five years; how many of these cases resulted in court hearings; how may individuals or parties were successfully prosecuted in the courts; and if he will make a statement.
