Whether they intend to appoint a Minister to represent the First Secretary of State in this House.

The First Secretary of State has responsibility for the Cabinet Office/Office of Public Service. Ministers answer for these areas in accordance with the most recent list of ministerial spokesmanships. All Ministers in the House of Lords answer for Her Majesty's Government on any matters of Government responsibility.
