§ Mr. WattsUnder the Highways (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1995, the Secretary of State is required to make available for inspection free of charge at a public inquiry every document which he intends to refer to or put in evidence.
It is open to the Secretary of State to require an objector, or any other person who wishes to appear at the inquiry, to provide a copy of every document, or the relevant part of any document, to which such person intends to refer.
