§ Mr. WattsMy right hon. Friend expects to receive shortly a progress report from the Health and Safety Commission on the British Rail and Railtrack strategy for tackling ATP-preventable accidents. The strategy will identify the devices or systems which could eventually be used more widely on the rail network, either singly or in combination, subject to the outcome of trials or assessments.
