§ Mr. Gwilym JonesAccording to the agricultural census in 1994, approximately 67 per cent. of persons engaged in work on main agricultural holdings, work on holdings with less-favoured area status—that is those with a majority of the land within their boundaries defined as less-favoured areas. This includes spouses of farmers, partners and directors.
