§ Mr. NorrisMy Department is currently investigating the use of the Government "World Wide Web" server, particularly in relation to publication of the Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Agency and marine accident investigation branch. Recourse to interactive online publishing services such as the "World Wide Web" is one of the components of my Department's publishing strategy under the TIPS programme—transport information publishing services—which was advertised in theOfficial Journal in November of last year and for which procurement action is now under way.
