§ Mr. ForthThe grants for education, support and training programme in 1995–96 includes support for £10.5 million to help schools develop their policies on 827W special educational needs, SEN. Eligible expenditure under this programme includes the cost of providing training or professional advice to SEN co-ordinators in schools.
