§ Mr. EvansThe inspector's report was critical of certain directors. As a result proceedings under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 have been instituted against former directors, John Anderson, Martin Guest, Christopher Gumbley, Gerald James, Laurence Kingswood and James Miller. It is for the court to determine whether their conduct was unfitted such that they should be disqualified from acting as a director or take part in the management of a limited company.
