§ Mr. PaiceStudents who are currently studying on full-time access courses will remain eligible for the older students' allowance if they undertake a follow-on course of higher education which begins on or after 1 September 1995. Students must be aged 26 or over at the start of their new course and meet the relevant earning threshold.
