To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department if he will review the libel law to provide printers with the defence of innocent dissemination. [32390]

The Government have already decided that the defence of innocent dissemination should be available to printers, and will introduce legislation as soon as there is a suitable opportunity.
