§ Baroness Chalker of WallaseyWe continue to follow closely events in Kenya in such areas as democracy, good government, human rights and economic reform. We note that in some respects there has been good progress while in other areas there are still grounds for concern. We are in touch with the Kenyan authorities and other aid donors about the implications for aid policies.
