To ask the right hon. Member for Berwick upon Tweed as representing the House of Commons Commission (1) what measures the Commission proposes to take to encourage its employees to cycle to work. [30862]

(2) what proposals the Commission has to introduce interest-free loans for the purchase of bicycles to encourage staff of the House to commute to work by bicycle.
