§ Mr. Gwilym JonesOn 19 January, the Government published new proposals for improving air quality in the paper "Air Quality: Meeting the Challenge", a copy of which is available in the Library of the House. The measures detailed there will apply, as appropriate, in Wales as elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
