Member for Newcastle upon Tyne, Central (Mr. Cousins) on 20 December 1994,Official Report, columns 1043–44, the board of governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency will resume its discussions on the director general's report on illicit trafficking at its meeting in March. Any detailed consideration of funding issues would be premature in advance of this meeting, which will establish the nature of IAEA involvement.
