To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what is his estimate of the percentage of Welsh businesses connected to the Internet system.

It has been estimated that in the United Kingdom as a whole some 30 per cent. of businesses are154W connected to the Internet. I am not aware of any reliable estimate of the comparable figure for Wales.
