§ Mr. BoswellMy right hon. Friend has received the provisional conclusions of Coopers and Lybrand's investigation into allegations of impropriety at the Student Loans Company. The investigation is nearing completion. Its full conclusions will be reported to the Committee of Public Accounts in the normal way.
