To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) how many of the water supply disconnections that have occurred in Lewisham over the last 12 months are attributable to cases where customers had water metering;

(2) how many water supply disconnections there have been in Lewisham over the past 12 months;

(3) what is Thames Water Utilities' programme for water metering in the London borough of Lewisham.
