The Secretary of State for Health has asked me to respond to your written Parliamentary Question of 23 February 1995.The NHS Pensions Agency is responsible for the administration of the NHS Pension Scheme. It contracts Paymaster for the administration of pensions payments to retired NHS employees. As a matter of policy the NHS Pensions Agency does not disclose any material about NHS Scheme members to third parties. This policy extends to those whom we contract.
