§ Mr. Douglas Hogg[pursuant to the reply 8 February, Official Report, column 281]: My Department has now seen a copy of the statement submitted by Mr. Frank Ruddy to the sub-committee of the Committee on Appropriations of the US House of Representatives. We 208W understand that the UN has now sent a team to the Western Sahara to investigate the allegations made by Mr. Ruddy.
