§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe Government's strategy for sustainable development, published in January 1994, covers all parts of the United Kingdom; and provides a framework for action. In line with this, on 31 January 1995, my right hon. Friend published "The Environmental Agenda for Wales" setting out our plans for striking a sensible balance between development and conservation needs in the Principality. A copy of the agenda is available in the Library of the House.
