§ Mr. DorrellUnder the National Lottery etc. Act 1993, the Millennium Commission may make grants to such projects as it considers appropriate to mark the year 2000 and the beginning of the third millennium. More detailed information on the kinds of project which the commission will fund can be found in the commission's guidelines for applicants, copies of which are available in the Library of the House.
