§ Mr. HagueThe current medical control arrangements for benefits for incapacity will be superseded by the introduction of incapacity benefit from 13 April 1995. Data collection from the monitoring of the procedural changes introduced in April 1993 will continue for some time after that. We expect analysis to be completed towards the end of the summer.
