§ Sir Hector Monro[holding answer 18 January 1995]:The last report under the requirements of the Clyde Port Authority (Hunterston Terminal) Order Confirmation Act 1973 was received in 1976. However, throughout the subsequent period there has been monthly environmental monitoring at Hunterston by Clydeport plc, overseen by Cunninghame district council and, until imports of ore and coking coal ceased, Her Majesty's industrial pollution inspectorate.
§ Mr. WilsonTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if the duty to make annual reports under sub-paragraph 10(2) of the Clyde Port Authority (Hunterston Terminal) Order Confirmation Act 1973 now applies to Clydeport Ltd. as owners of the terminal.
