§ Mr. AtkinsCapital expenditure for individual water companies for the period 1995–2000 is shown in Ofwat's "Future Charges for Water and Sewerage Services" published in July 1994. The extent to which actual expenditure varies from these projections will be known only when returns of actual expenditure are available from individual water companies. This is monitored on an annual basis by the director general.
