To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) how many staff are currently employed at present by the Office of Water Services; and what were the figures (a) 12 and (b) 24 months previously;

(2) on what terms Credit Lyonnais has been appointed as consultant adviser to the water industry regulator.
