§ Mr. Michael ForsythSince 31 August 1994, two prisoners convicted of terrorist offences have been granted permanent transfers to Northern Ireland to complete their sentences. These transfer will be effected as soon as operational and security considerations allow. In addition, four prisoners convicted of terrorist offences were temporarily transferred to Northern Ireland on 1 September 1994 to receive visits.
