§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe technical committee of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs met on 24 January. The meeting considered, in the light of the decision to control anabolic steroids and similar substances under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, precisely which substances should be brought under control. The Committee's conclusions will be considered by the full council at its next meeting on 11 May, a date which I understand it would not now be practicable to bring forward. We intend to bring forward the necessary draft order and regulations as quickly as possible thereafter. It is not the practice to publish the minutes of meetings of the advisory council or its committees.
