§ Mr. OppenheimSince 1 January 1994 the Department has revoked seven sets of workplace health and safety regulations and three sets of employment regulations. These are shown in the following list.
The Department is continuing to identify rules and regulations for withdrawal. Those for withdrawal in the next 12 months will be announced when consultations are completed.
