To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will set up an independent evaluation of the progress to date on the business link network.

[holding answer 2 February 1995]: The Department of Trade and Industry is currently commissioning an independent evaluation of the business link network. The evaluation will begin in March and is due to be completed in autumn 1995.
