To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what measures he is taking to build relations with the new United States Congress.

I visited Washington last month, partly to meet the new congressional leaders. Ministers visiting Washington invariably see Members of Congress and I have no doubt that our excellent relations with the US Congress will continue.
