To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects red routes to come into operation in Lambeth and on which roads.

§ Mr. Norris
The traffic director for London is currently considering a revised timetable for the project as a whole, under which red routes in Lambeth would come into operation progressively between 1996 and 2000. The routes in question are specified in SI 1992 No. 1372.
