To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many(a) four-year-olds and (b) three and four-year-olds are in receipt of nursery education; what percentage of the total number of children in that age

Children in reception or ordinary classes in maintained primary or special schools are not included, neither are children in non-maintained schools, nurseries and playgroups.
