§ Mr. NelsonAt 1 July 1994 the number of registered disabled people employed in the Chancellor's departments and agencies was 1,686, representing 1.8 per cent. of total staff. Figures for the number and proportion of all disabled people employed in the Chancellor's departments and agencies are not available, but surveys carried out by some of the Chancellor's departments and agencies suggest that there may be as many non-registered disabled people as there are registered.
