§ Mr. Gwilym JonesA planning application in respect of a development at Minffordd fields, Gwernymynydd near Swan lane was referred to the highways directorate of the Welsh Office in Janaury 1995. Its response in February 1995 directed that the proposed access from the development on the trunk road should be completed in accordance with the details submitted with the application.
