§ Mr. BaldrySeveral EU regulations may have affected the recent price of orange juice. Commission regulation (EC) No. 3223/94 introduced entry price arrangements for oranges; Council regulation (EC) No. 3290/94 applied reductions in tariffs and levies for imported orange juice; Commission regulation (EC) No. 1921/95 introduced less onerous import licence arrangements for orange juice; and Commission regulation (EC No. 2803/95 provided aid to Community processors of oranges.
