§ Mr. SproatOn November 21,Official Report, column 67, my right hon. Friend announced that, subject to the successful completion of post tender negotiations, the National Playing Fields Association will carry out work in the areas of information dissemination, playwork education and training and play safety for the Department of National Heritage. Funding will be set at £400,000 per annum, which is broadly consistent with the Sports Council's spend on play since 1993.
